"I hit a deer on my motorcycle and am fortunate to not be injured very bad. I was concerned about replacing the motorcycle and how the insurance would work out. However, State Farm came though for me! I am pleased with the settlement after the bike was totaled and was able to replace my motorcycle within a few weeks!! I am ready to ride again!! "The team at this office could not be better. I was having an issue getting insured for my first time home purchase due to a prior claim on the home that no one else could handle. They cut right through in minutes. And then matched my car insurance rate and bundled it to the home - cutting hundreds of dollars off the home policy as a result. Calls are always answered throughly and if an agent needs to call me back they are always prompt and on top of the details. AND THEY LISTEN to everything you feel you need to share with empathy and understanding."

"My fiance; who has a squeaky clean record, works in the hospital at St Jude, and been a State Farm client since they were a teen (12 years almost); was just told by this agent's assistant that the reason their insurance rate went up is because of Memphis. She then rudely told them that the only way to avoid it is to move out of Memphis. I recommend going to a different agent whose assistant won't be rude and tell you to move out of the city for a better rate. Would give a 0 if we could. Seriously, hire a better assistant."
