"My experience with EVERYONE at Kathy’s has been so great! My mom has been with them for years and has spoken so highly when it was time to set up car and renters insurance on my own so I knew I would def get a quote from them as well as getting quotes from other insurance providers. After speaking with other agents at other providers I was so pleased with Valarie’s service there was no question who I would set up my policy with! Every question I had was answered clearly. Also, being relatively new to getting insurance set up I had questions that I felt like maybe stupid to ask, but Valerie never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question (that wasn’t the case for other insurance companies) and made sure that I understood my policy clearly and fully.

I recently had to file a claim. I felt like I was dealing with a friend, not an insurance representative . She followed up with me daily. I was unsure about the paperwork. Nicki suggested I come to the office and she would help me with it. She not only helped me with the paperwork, she called the home office, verified there was nothing else needed. "Where do I start this week was so stressful for me with getting my tag renewal situation squared away and getting my insurance started.
